Adez Realty’s Commonwealth development is a collaboration with RTKL Associates. The site consists of a 10-hectare parcel South of Amsterdam and the new Century Commonwealth residential development. The South parcel currently has low-density commercial and office development along the northernmost 1-hectare of the parcel. The proposed design aims to bring in a variety of program types, enhance the natural beauty of the site, take advantage of the elevated site’s views, and create a vibrant live/work/play destination for Quezon City.
