Project Architect
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the coordination and production of residential, office, hospitality, healthcare and commercial/retail projects;
- Assists in the monitoring and implementation of designs and plans in actual construction;
- Coordinates with consultants if needed;
- Facilitates seamless coordination between project supervision, CSD, and Production Department regarding the progress or status of the project;
- Proficient in AutoCad drafting and detailing in accordance with the established CADD standards of workmanship;
- Able to interpret plans and engineering drawings correctly;
- Good oral and written communication skills and must be articulate;
- Multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure.
- Responsible for assisting project heads in preparing CAD drawings using AutoCAD and other documentation for project presentation and project management;
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent;
- Professional License in Architecture is an advantage;
- Required skills: AutoCad, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint;
- Sketchup, Vray, Photoshop, 3D Max Studio skills, Revit & BIM Standards & Rendering talent will be an advantage;
- At least 5 years of working experience in architectural firm;
- Must be proficient in CAD Drafting & Design;
- Must be highly motivated and team player;
