Job Captain
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the coordination and production of residential, office, hospitality, healthcare and commercial/retail drawings from Design Development to Construction Documentation;
- Responsible for the Quality Control of drawings in accordance with the established CAD standards of workmanship and sensitive to drawing details;
- Assists in the monitoring and implementation of designs and plans in actual construction;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and responsible in coordinating with clients and consultants;
- Facilitates seamless coordination between project supervision, CSD, and Production Department regarding the progress or status of the project;
- Enforces document management system and ensures that drawings comply with local and international standards;
- Provides direction to production team and monitors the progress to meet deadlines for drawings produced;
- Provides administrative and technical support to design and production team;
- Proficient in Autocadd drafting and detailing in accordance with the established CADD standards of workmanship;
- Able to interpret plans and engineering drawings correctly;
- Experience in high rise residential and office buildings, retail, healthcare buildings, hospitality and mixed- use developments.
- Multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Architecture;
- Professional License in Architecture is an advantage;
- Revit and BIM Standards experience is an advantage;
- At least 10 years of working experience in Architecture Firms;
- Required skill(s): Autocadd and MS Office Applications;
