Bookkeeper
Requirements and Experience:
- BIR and Government Payables:
- Encoding and preparation of SSS, PHIC & HDMF Contributions;
- Online filing of SSS and PHIC;
- Preparation of monthly remittances forms;
- Filing of paid contributions to corresponding file folders.
- Bookkeeping and Audit Reports:
- Encoding of check voucher expenses and receipts;
- Proper filing of check vouchers and expenses;
- Preparation of income taxes withheld from employees.
- Man-hour Computation:
- Computation of hours worked per architect per project;
- Filing of log sheets and collecting from employees.
- Billing and Collection:
- Posting of payments to Billing Invoices and Summary of Billings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy or of any related course;
- Experience in architectural office management is an advantage;
- Knowledgeable of standard office administrative practices and procedures;
- Interested applicants must be well versed in MS Office and highly organized;
- Must have strong initiative skills and can work with minimal supervision;
- Must have a strong inter-personal and communication skills;
- Fresh Graduates / Entry Level applicants are encouraged to apply.
